Art as Adjective

We propose that Art is not a noun.
We propose that Art is an adjective.
An adjective from a universal language, a word that does not have a direct translation in English, or any written or spoken system.
The adjective 'Art' could be translated as meaning 'emptiness to be filled' combined with 'an imperfect mirror of ones own beliefs, desires, and fears.' When a thing is described as Art it is given this modifier to explain that it is a vessel for our imagination, and at the same time intrinsically meaningful. Art as adjective describes a thing that can, and does, create meaning, from us, from critiques, from a social agreement.
Some translations of Art as adjective may use the terms 'incomplete', 'evolving, or 'dynamic'. Other translations take this to mean that the viewer is the 'missing piece', using the terms 'collaboration' and 'connection' within the broader definition of the mirror like quality.
The mirror being imperfect is an important aspect of the adjective definition. Such that any reflection, physical or mental, is warped upon viewing. The observation of the transposition of oneself feels like a creative act, and the adjective of Art grants the viewer the illusion of having invented it.
